Method :

One hour ahead: add 1/2 tsp shredded
orange peel to 1/3 cup French dressing; set aside.

Peel 1 medium avocado; slice into
bottom of salad bowl.

Peel 1 medium orange; remove orange
sections, cutting away all white membrane.

Place on top of avocado slices,
covering completely.

Add 2 cups bite-size pieces bibbor
Boston lettuce and 1 green onion, sliced.

Cover bowl with clear plastic wrap;
chill in the refrigerator.

Add dressing-orange peel mixture; toss
gently.

Serve at once.
