Ingredients :

2 tbsp
2-3 tbsp
11-ounce can mandarin oranges, chilled
orange marmalade
dairy sour cream
Drain oranges, reserving 1 tbsp syrup.
Combine reserved syrup and marmalade; heat till marmalade melts.
Place oranges in 2 dessert dishes; spoon marmalade over.
Trim each with a dollop of sour cream.
Serves 2
