Method :
- If not softened, unwrap the cream
cheese and place in a medium glass bowl.
- Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes
until slightly softened.
- Do not overheat.
- Rinse and finely chop the celery.
- Add to the cream cheese.
- Place a strainer over the bowl and
squeeze juice from the lemon into the cream cheese, discarding the flesh
and seeds.
- Add mayonnaise to the cream cheese
mixture and stir until smooth.
- Drain and rinse the tiny shrimps in
the strainer, and stir into the cream cheese mixture just until mixed.
- Add a few dashes of hot sauce to
taste.
