Black Glutinous Rice Pudding - Brunei Dessert Recipes
Ingredients :
100g black glutinous rice
250g sugar
160ml water
300ml thick coconut milk
200ml thin coconut milk
1 pandan leaf
1/4 tsp salt
For Decoration:
a little thick coconut milk
Method :
Boil black
glutinous rice until soft. Set aside. Boil sugar, water and pandan leaf
together. Add salt, thick and thin coconut milk to the sugar syrup. Let it
boil for 5-8 minutes. Add cooked glutinous rice to the mixture. Stir to
combine. Drizzle thick coconut milk on glutinous rice. Serve hot or cold.
