Bubur Aneka Rasa (Porridge) Recipes

Ingredients :

barley

sugar

pandan leaf

small can sweet corn

thick coconut milk

palm sugar

medium-sized sweet potato, peeled, diced and boiled until soft

Method :

Heat coconut milk in a pot. Add in sugar and palm sugar. Stir continuously to avoid curding. Bring to a boil. Place pandan leaf, sweet potato, sweet corn and barley. Stir until mixture reaches a second boil. Serve with salad.
