Mix the glutinous rice flour with the
coconut milk in a pan. Stir over a medium flame, making sure
it does not burn. When the mixture starts to thicken,
add the sugar and durian flesh. Stir slowly over a low flame until
thick and glossy. Cool and cut before serving.
