Method :
- Mix the glutinous rice flour with the
coconut milk in a pan.
- Stir over a medium flame, making sure
it does not burn.
- When the mixture starts to thicken,
add the sugar and durian flesh.
- Stir slowly over a low flame until
thick and glossy.
- Cool and cut before serving.
Serves 6 - 8
Durian is a seasonal rather distinctive
Malaysian fruit. Because of the powerful smell, foreigners take some
time to get accustomed to it.
