Durian Sweet Recipe

Ingredients :

2.5 cup

durian flesh, discard the seeds

sugar

chopped palm sugar

screw pine leaves

corn flour, blended with some water

thick coconut milk, extracted from ¹/2 grated coconut

Method :

Mix together the durian flesh, coconut milk and screw pine leaves. Bring to boil and stir constantly. Add in sugar, palm sugar and a pinch of salt. Leave on the fire until it thickens. Add the blended corn flour if necessary. Serve with bread.
