Fried Banana (Pisang Goreng) Recipe

Ingredients :

3/4 cup rice flour

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp caster sugar

2/3 cup water

3 bananas, peeled

vegetable oil for cooking

Method :

Combine flour, cinnamon, sugar and water in a mixing bowl. Whisk mixture together until it makes a smooth batter. Cut bananas in half lengthways and then into pieces. Dip banana pieces in batter. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan, add banana and cook until golden and crisp. Serve with cream or ice cream.

Serves 4
