Method :
Beat eggs and sugar until thick
and creamy. Put in salt. Stir in flour gradually. Add in the coconut, mashed bananas
and coconut milk. Mix very lightly. Heat oil and when it is hot, drop
a few spoons of the batter and fry until golden brown. Turn over only when one side has
browned.
