Method :
- Boil the green peas until they expand.
- Add more water if necessary.
- Add the coconut, brown sugar, sugar
and salt.
- Stir until thick.
- Remove into a mixing bowl.
- Mix thoroughly with flour.
- Using a tablespoon, spoon out the
mixture and shape into balls.
- Flatten slightly and keep aside.
- Prepare batter.
- Mix together all the ingredients until
smooth.
- Heat oil and fry the cakes, dipping
each into the batter and frying until golden.
Serves 6 - 8
