Jelly Fondant Recipes

Ingredients :

1 packet

1.5

8 tablespoons

1.5 cup

jelly powder

gelatine

sugar

boiled water

Method :
  1. Place jelly powder, gelatine and sugar in a deep container.

  2. Add boiled water, stir slowly until it dissolved.

  3. Pour jelly powder liquid in cake tin.

  4. Allow to cool and chill until set.

  5. Cut into square dices.

  6. Scatter with sugar powder.

  7. Ready to serve.
