Method :
1. Mix
100g green beans flour and 180ml water. Soak for a minimum of 4
hours.
2. Mix 150g
rice flour and 170ml water. Stir.
3. Combine
steps 1 and 2 in a big bowl.
4. Add in 600ml
concentrated coconut milk and 600ml water.
5. Add in syrup
mixture. Strain (either A or B).
6. Stir over
medium heat for approx. 10 minutes until fairly thick. Remove immediately.
7. Stir
vigorously with wooden spoon until smooth.
8. Pour batter
on a (10" x 10" x 2") tin lined with banana leaves.
9. Bake at 200C
for about 90 minutes.
10. Cool then
serve.
