Method :
Combine all
ingredients for pastry and knead. Shape pastry into little walnut-sized
balls. Set aside.
To prepare
filling - Combine all ingredients and set aside.
Flatten
walnut-sized pastry. Fill each pastry with filling and crimp edges.
Place on
baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle
icing sugar before storing in air-tight containers.
Serves 4
