Method :
- Boil the agar-agar until it dissolves.
- Beat the eggs until frothy, add in
mashed potato and stir well.
- Strain.
- Add sugar into the agar-agar, stir
until the sugar dissolves and strain.
- Mix together the potato mixture and
the agar-agar mixture.
- Add the coconut milk and cook over low
heat.
- Keep on stirring until the mixture
thickens.
- Pour into a mould and cool it.
