Puree of Winter Melon with Luohanguo and Dried Longan Recipe

Ingredients :

1.5 lb

4 cups

luohanguo

dried longan

winter melon

water

Method :

Skin and cut winter melon into cubes. Wash and set aside dried longan. Bring water to the boil. Put in luohanguo, dried longan and winter melon cubes. Bring to the boil over high heat. Then turn on medium heat and simmer until winter melon becomes puree. Serve.
