Rojak Brunei Recipes

Ingredients :

1 starfruit (thinly sliced)

1 small cucumber (thinly sliced)

1 green apple, 1 green peer, 3 pineapple rings in syrup, 1 sliced papaya (cubed)


Sauce Ingredients:

60g peanuts (dry roasted)

2 red chilies, 3 cili padi / bird's eye (chopped)

100g palm sugar

1-2 tbsp tamarind paste

80-100ml warm water

salt to taste

Method :

Keep fruits separately. Chill them.

To prepare sauce: Grind peanuts until very fine. Add chilies, palm sugar, tamarind paste, water and salt to taste. Blend well to form a paste. Serve chilled fruits with sauce.

Serves 4
