Roti Jala Recipe

Ingredients :

500g wheat flour

1 egg (lightly beaten)

600ml filtered water

200ml fresh thick coconut milk

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp yellow food coloring

Method :

Mix all ingredients well. Pour batter into a roti jala cup with four or five funnels. Move the roti jala cup in a circular motion over a lightly oiled non-stick pan to form a lacy pattern. When the pancake is set, turn it over onto a plate. Fold the pancake into quarters or roll up and stack neatly on a plate.

Serves 4-5
