Sardine Filled Roti Jala Recipes

Ingredients :

Roti Jala

500gm

Sardine Filling

wheat flour

egg

evaporated milk

water

 

chili, sliced thinly

can sardine, flaked and drained

large onion, chopped

lime juice

salt

mayonnaise

Method :

Mix all the ingredients for roti jala and blend them with your hands till you get the batter. The mixture should not be too thick. Heat up a flat pan and shape the roti jala skin using a plastic mold. Put the sardine filling onto the roti jala skin and roll it.

Roti (Malay word) = Bread

Serves 4
