Method :
Boil agar-agar in water until it dissolves.
Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Strain.
Color with a few drops of food coloring and pour into rinsed moulds.
Chill to set. Chopped fruits or fruit cocktail can also be added.
First half fill the mould, chill until almost set, add the fruits and pour in the remaining agar-agar mixture. Chill.
Serves 6-8
