Peel
bananas. Cut into diamond shapes. Sprinkle with plain flour. Then
dip into batter. Deep fry until golden over medium heat. Dish
up.
Put syrup
ingredients in another wok. Cook over low heat until slightly
golden. Remove from heat. Put in fried bananas immediately. Mix well
wit fried sesame seeds. Arrange on greased plate. Dip in cold boiled
water and serve.
