Method :
- Preheat oven to 350F, Gas 4.
- Grease 3 baking sheets.
- Cream the honey, butter and
essence until light and fluffy.
- Work in the flour, baking powder
and soda.
- Add the oats and chopped sprouts
and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls on baking sheets.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Lift carefully on to a wire rack
to cool.
Tempting little biscuits with an
unusual texture.
