Method :
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Line baking trays with greaseproof
paper and grease paper.
- Beat eggs until foamy, then gradually
beat in sugar until mixture is thick.
- Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Place half teaspoonfuls of mixture on
prepared trays, spacing biscuits about 2.5cm apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until edges
are just lightly browned.
- Lift paper from trays and cool
biscuits for a few minutes, until they are easy to remove with a
spatula.
- Finish cooling on wire racks.
