Blend cream
cheese, butter and sugar, creaming until fluffy. Stir in lemon rind and
juice. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Add to cream cheese
mixture and stir until blended and smooth. Chill about 1 hour. Heat oven
to 350F (175C). Shape dough into small balls about 1 inch (2.5cm) in
diameter. Roll each ball in corn flakes. Put on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until set but not brown.
