Mailandeli Biscuit Recipes

Ingredients :

1kg unsalted butter

1kg caster sugar

250gm milk

6 nos egg

2kg cake flour

15gm baking powder

Method :
  1. Preheat oven to 160C. Grease and flour baking tray.

  2. Place butter and sugar in a large bowl. Cream together with electric mixer.

  3. Break the eggs, one at a time, into the mixture and add in milk. Add the shifted flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix well.

  4. Pipe the shape you want on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove cookies from the baking sheets to cool on wire racks.
