Sour Cream Cookies Recipe

unsalted butter, softened
sugar
eggs, beaten
plain flour, sifted
bicarbonate of soda
sour cream |
Method :
- Preheat oven to 180C and grease baking
trays.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and
fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and mix well.
- Sift flour with soda 3 times, stir
into creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, mixing well after each
addition.
- Place teaspoonfuls of batter on
prepared trays, leaving room for spreading.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until
cookies are crisp and pale golden.
- Cool 5 minutes on trays, then remove
to wire racks to finish cooling.
