Ingredients :
60g whole meal flour
30g barley flour
60g butter
1 tsp baking powder
90g cheese, grated
pinch salt
cayenne pepper
Sift the two flours together and rub in the butter.
Add the baking powder then the cheese, salt and cayenne.
Turn out on to a floured board and roll thinly.
Cut into small fingers and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for the bare 12 minutes and watch for burning.
Oven - 375F
