Soak the All Bran, sugar and dried
fruits in the milk in a bowl for 30 minutes until the milk has been
absorbed.
Stir in the flour and turn into the
loaf tin.
Bake for about 1 hour.
Alternative Suggestion :
The mixture of dried fruits can be
varied within the given quantity - chopped stoned dates, chopped figs
and mixed candied peel - and up to 50 g chopped nuts can be added.
