Method :

Peel sugar and 55 ml water in a
saucepan and heat gently, stirring, until sugar dissolves.

Bring to the boil and cook for 5-6
minutes or until mixture caramelizes and turns golden brown.

Drain bananas well and arrange on
non-stick parchment.

Drizzle caramel over bananas, working
quickly as caramel sets within a few seconds.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Leave to cool for 5 minutes, then
carefully peel away from paper, decorate and serve.
Serve 4
Note: Tossing banana in lemon juice
prevents it from turning brown.
