Method :

Heat the oven to 190oC (375oF),
Gas 5.
- Line a 900 g loaf tin with greased
foil.
- Sift together the flour, salt, mustard
and cayenne pepper and add any bran remaining in the sieve.
- Beat in the margarine, cheese,
buttermilk and egg and beat for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
- Turn into the loaf tin, smooth the top
and sprinkle with the seeds.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until springy.
Serving Suggestion :
Serve warm with soup, or cheese and
celery sticks.
Makes 1 X 900 g loaf.
