Gingerbread Recipe

Ingredients :

butter or margarine, softened

brown sugar

large eggs

milk

molasses

flour

ground ginger

baking soda

Method :
  1. Preheat the oven to 350oF.

  2. Spray-grease a 9 x 9 or 8 x 8 inch glass or metal baking dish.

  3. Place the softened butter and the brown sugar in the food processor and pulse for a few seconds to combine.

  4. Add the eggs, milk, and molasses, and process until smooth.

  5. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 1 hour, until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Serves 9
