Combine the biscuit mix, remaining 1
tbsp brown sugar, and spices.
Combine milk, egg, 1 tbsp of the
melted butter, and vanilla.
Make a well in the center of dry
ingredients; add liquid all at once.
Stir with fork till blended.
Spoon half of the biscuit mixture into
greased 6 x 3 x 2-inch loaf pan; brush with some of the remaining
butter and sprinkle with half of the pecan mixture.
Repeat with remainder of the biscuit
mixture, butter, and pecans.
