Preheat the oven to 400o.

In the work bowl of the food processor, place the hot tap water and sprinkle the yeast over it.

Add the sugar and leave it for 5 minutes until the yeast is fully dissolved and slightly foamy.

Add the remaining ingredients and pulse to form a soft dough.

Scrape the dough out onto a floured surface, dip your hands in flour, and roll the dough into a cylinder about 18 inches long.

Cut it into 10 pieces and lightly roll each into a ball.

Lay the rolls on an ungreased baking sheet and bake them for 15-20 minutes until risen and browned.

Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes before eating.

If you cut into them when piping hot, they will be too doughly.
