Method :

Heat the oven to 190oC (375oF),
Gas 5.

Grease 2 X 450 g loaf tins.

Sift together the flour, cinnamon, salt
and soda and add any bran remaining in the sieve.

Stir in the bran and the chopped nuts.

Beat together the sugar, oil, orange
rind, egg and yoghurt.

Beat into the dry ingredients.

Pour into the loaf tins.
-
Bake for 1 hour, or until a skewer
pierced through the centre comes out clean.

Stand the tins on a wire rack to cool a
little before turning out.
