Preheat the oven to 225C and grease a
baking tray.

Sift flours and spices into a bowl.

Add rough fiber of whole meal flour to
bowl.

Combine milk, honey and melted butter.

Stir into dry ingredients and mix to a
soft dough with a dinner knife.

Turn out on a lightly floured surface
and knead gently.

Shape dough into a w0cm round and
place on prepared tray.

With a floured knife, cut completely
through to bottom to make 8 wedges.

Separate wedges slightly.

Brush top with a little milk to glaze.

Sprinkle with sunflower kernels,
sesame seeds or oats, and bake for 15 minutes or until pale golden.

Remove from oven and wrap in a clean
tea-towel for 10 minutes before serving warm.
