Blackberry Shake Recipe

Ingredients :

275 ml

275 ml

15 ml

pint blackberry purée (or raspberry, strawberry or blackcurrant purée)

low fat plain yoghurt, chilled

bran

juice 1 lemon

Method :
  1. Put all the ingredients except the blackberries into a blender and blend until well mixed.

  2. Pour the drink into individual glasses or mugs and decorate with the berries.

Serves 4

Per serving : 1 g fat, 7 g fiber

Decoration :

A few blackberries or other soft fruit if available.
