Citrus Cups Recipe

Ingredients :

Garnish :

25 g

prunes

unsweetened orange juice

pink grapefruit, segmented

oranges, segmented

 

walnuts, chopped

Method :
  1. Soak the prunes for at least 1 hour in the orange juice.

  2. Strain, reserving any juices and cut in half.

  3. Discard the stones.

  4. Mix the prunes with the grapefruit, oranges and any remaining orange juice and chill.

  5. Spoon into halved grapefruit shells or a serving dish.

  6. Top with chopped nuts.

Serves 4

Per serving : 10 g fat, 0 g fiber
