Citrus Cups Recipe

Ingredients : |

prunes
unsweetened orange juice
pink
grapefruit, segmented
oranges,
segmented
walnuts,
chopped |
Method :
-
Soak the prunes for at least 1 hour in
the orange juice.

Strain, reserving any juices and cut in
half.

Discard the stones.
-
Mix the prunes with the grapefruit,
oranges and any remaining orange juice and chill.
-
Spoon into halved grapefruit shells or
a serving dish.
-
Top with chopped nuts.
Serves 4
