Ingredients :

cooked dried fruits such as apricots, peaches and pears
low fat plain yoghurt, chilled
egg
bran
dried apricots, finely chopped
Put all the ingredients except the chopped apricots into a blender and blend until smooth.
Stir in the chopped apricots and pour into individual mugs or glasses.
Sprinkle with a small pinch of ground cloves.
Serves 4
Per serving : 2 g fat, 6 g fiber
