Dried Fruit Foam Recipe

Ingredients :

100 g

575 ml

25 g

cooked dried fruits such as apricots, peaches and pears

low fat plain yoghurt, chilled

egg

bran

dried apricots, finely chopped

Method :
  1. Put all the ingredients except the chopped apricots into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Stir in the chopped apricots and pour into individual mugs or glasses.

  3. Sprinkle with a small pinch of ground cloves.

Serves 4

Per serving : 2 g fat, 6 g fiber
