Fresh Fruit Bowl Recipe

Ingredients :

seedless white grapes

orange, segmented

dessert apples, grated

bananas, sliced

lemon juice

cashew nuts

hazelnuts

raisins

Bran Flakes

wheat germ

low fat plain yoghurt

Method :
  1. Mix together the grapes and orange.

  2. Stir the grated apple and bananas into the lemon juice.

  3. Toss them with the fruit and nuts and then with the Bran Flakes and wheat germ.

  4. Just before serving, stir the yoghurt into the cereal and fruit mixture and serve with grape juice or other unsweetened fruit juice.

Serves 4

Per serving : 5 g fat, 4 g fiber

To serve :

Unsweetened grape juice.
