Fresh Fruit Bowl Recipe

Bran
Flakes

Method :
-
Mix together the grapes and orange.
-
Stir the grated apple and bananas into
the lemon juice.
-
Toss them with the fruit and nuts and
then with the Bran Flakes and wheat germ.
-
Just before serving, stir the yoghurt
into the cereal and fruit mixture and serve with grape juice or other
unsweetened fruit juice.
Serves 4
Per
serving : 5 g fat, 4 g fiber
To serve :
Unsweetened grape juice.
