Method :
- Mix the oatmeal, water, and salt in a
small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stir, then
immediately turn off the heat and cover.
- Leave overnight.
- In the morning, turn on the heat under
the saucepan, stir the oatmeal, and bring it to a quick boil.
- Let simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
- Put it in a bowl, and top it with
maple syrup and milk to taste.
