Oatmeal Porridge Recipe

Ingredients :

1 liter

100 g

10 ml

boiling water

fine, medium or coarse oatmeal

salt

Method :

Pour the boiling water into a pan, add the salt then gradually stir in the oatmeal. Stir over moderate heat until the mixture starts to thicken. Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serves 4

Per serving : 2 g fat, 2 g fiber
