Orange Salad Recipes

Ingredients :

150 ml

60 ml

50 g

oranges

low fat cottage cheese

low fat plain yoghurt

blanched almonds, toasted

Method :
  1. Grate the rind of 2 of the oranges and stir into the cottage cheese and yoghurt.

  2. Segment the oranges and stir into the cheese mixture.

  3. Stir in most of the almonds, reserving a few for decoration.

  4. Cover and chill.

  5. Scatter with the reserved almonds to serve.

Serves 4

Per serving : 8 g fat, 6 g fiber
