Method :

Grate the rind of 2 of the oranges
and stir into the cottage cheese and yoghurt.

Segment the oranges and stir into
the cheese mixture.

Stir in most of the almonds,
reserving a few for decoration.

Cover and chill.

Scatter with the reserved almonds
to serve.
