Porridge Recipe

Ingredients :

1 liter

100 g

10 ml

pints water

rolled oats

salt

Method :
  1. Measure the water into a pan, sprinkle on the oats and salt and bring to the boil, stirring.

  2. Simmer for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serves 4

Per serving : 2 g fat, 2 g fiber
