Prune Yoghurt Recipes

Ingredients :

225 g

30 ml

425 ml

30 ml

Garnish :

prunes, soaked

sultanas

low fat plain yoghurt

lemon juice

a little All-Bran

Method :
  1. Drain the prunes, halve them and remove the stones.

  2. Put in a bowl and stir in the sultanas, yoghurt and lemon juice.

  3. Cover and chill.

  4. Serve sprinkled with All-Bran.

Serves 4

Per serving : 1 g fat, 6 g fiber
