Sliced Apple Yoghurt Recipe

Ingredients :

2.5 ml

15 ml

apples

low fat plain yoghurt, chilled

ground cinnamon pinch grated nutmeg

bran

Method :
  1. Core the apples.

  2. Slice 3 and put them into a blender with the other ingredients.

  3. Mix until smooth.

  4. Chop the remaining apple and stir into the drink.

  5. Pour into individual mugs or glasses and sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg.

Serves 4

Per serving : 2 g fat, 4 g fiber
