apples
low fat plain yoghurt, chilled
ground cinnamon pinch grated nutmeg
bran
Core the apples.
Slice 3 and put them into a blender with the other ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Chop the remaining apple and stir into the drink.
Pour into individual mugs or glasses and sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg.
Serves 4
Per serving : 2 g fat, 4 g fiber
