Method :
- Line a flat tray with greaseproof
paper and brush lightly with oil
- Melt chocolate over hot water until
just melted, ensuring chocolate is not overheated and no moisture gets
into it.
- Spread chocolate over oil on paper to
form a thin, even coating.
- Leave in a cool place to set.
- Using a shaped cutter or a knife, cut
chocolate into desired shape.
- Chill chocolate before lifting off
shapes.
- Store chocolate shapes in a cool, dry
place.
