Method :
- Preheat oven to 400F, Gas 6.
- Grease 24 individual cake tins.
- Stir together flour, sugar, baking
powder, cinnamon and salt.
- Beat together the honey, egg, milk
and butter and beat into the dry ingredients.
- Chop the alfalfa sprouts and add
to the mixture with the walnuts.
- Divide the mixture between the
cake tins, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack.
Small cakes with a crunchy texture
which are good with milk or hot drink.
Serves 4 - 6
