Baked Cheese Cake Topped with Hazelnut Caramel Cream Recipe

Ingredients :

450gm cream cheese

100gm sugar

3 no egg yolks

35gm floor

1gm corn flour

200ml fresh cream

3 no egg whites

40gm sugar

80gm melted butter

Method :
  1. Beat the cheese and sugar.

  2. Add the egg yolk, flour and corn flour in.

  3. Add the fresh cream.

  4. Whip up the egg white and sugar until foamy.

  5. Mix the meringue into cream cheese mixture.

  6. Lastly, add the melted butter. Slowly fold.

  7. Pour into cake mould (20m) and *bake on water at 16C for 1 hour.

Make sure cake is thoroughly cooled before pouring in the topping.

* Simply put water onto tray before putting cake and tray into oven.
