Method :

Beat the cheese and sugar.

Add the egg yolk, flour and corn flour in.

Add the fresh cream.

Whip up the egg white and sugar until
foamy.

Mix the meringue into cream cheese
mixture.

Lastly, add the melted butter. Slowly
fold.

Pour into cake mould (20m) and *bake on
water at 16C for 1 hour.
Make sure cake is thoroughly cooled before
pouring in the topping.
* Simply put water onto tray before
putting cake and tray into oven.
