Butter Cream Recipe

Ingredients :

75 gm

175 gm

15-30 ml

margarine

icing sugar, sieved

milk or water

few drops of vanilla flavoring

Method :

Beat margarine with a wooden spoon until light and fluffy. Slowly stir in the icing sugar, vanilla flavoring, milk or water. Beat well until light and smooth.
