Method :

Preheat oven at 180 degree C.

Mix butter, white and brown sugar in a
mixing bowl and beat until creamy.

Add egg and beat until smoothly mixed.

Add vanilla essence and salt and mix
well.

Add flour in slowly.

Stir until it mixes well before adding
in new portions.

Add baking powder stir until smooth.
-
Add raisins and mix well.
-
Place small portions of dough on
baking tray.

Bake dough at 180 degree C for 10-12
minutes or until golden brown.
Note :
a) Butter the baking tray.
b) Allow space for expansion (approx 16
cookies in a 10 x 10 inch tray).
