Fruity Surprise Cookies Recipes

Ingredients :

A

B Mix Together

30 ml

butter

castor sugar (or icing sugar)

egg

vanilla essence

a pinch of salt

milk

self-raising flour

Kellogg's Corn Flakes crushed

raisin

apricot (or cherries) chopped

almond chopped

1. Cream ingredients in A till light and fluffy.

2. Add in egg and vanilla essence, beat for 1/2 minute

3. Add in ingredient in B alternatively with milk and mix well

4. Spoon small portions of mixture on a greased baking tray

5. Bake cookies in a preheated oven at 175°C for 15 minutes or till golden brown
